EKTA

 

It is a space where children and adults alike, develop and deepen their connection to self

through creative expression, self-exploration via coaching, and connection to Mother Earth.

 

EKTA is an offering to empower individuals to:

   Express oneself: through dialogue, art, journalling and movement in a safe, loving container.

                        Know oneself: as a powerful being with a unique purpose to express.

                        Trust oneself: by deepening connection to one's Intuition or Inner Wisdom.

                        Accept oneself: both light and shadow, blessings and challenges.

 

EKTA is a Sanskrit word that means Unity. 

Unity is one of the core values that guide my offerings.

When one embraces all aspects of oneself and integrates all experiences,

one embodies a sense of unity within, which ripples out to the world.

 

Can you imagine a world where everyone is expressing their purpose and living out their Divine Design?

 

This is the vision I hold for humanity.
